Our popular 1337pwn XBOX Live Friends Application for the iPhone/iPod Touch now includes Twitter support. Under the gamer details, you'll now see the latest Twitter status for friends that want to show you their feed.

If you want to make your twitter feed visible to your 1337pwn XBOX Live friends, simply add the following to your XBOXLive Profile Bio. You can place it anywhere in the bio (front or end).

Pure Pwnage

It's been a quiet week for the blog, but a busy week for the 1337pwn.com team as we get ready to expand our offerings and start talking more about what's next.

As such, my gaming has been almost exclusively limited to Super Stardust HD on the PS3 and Geometry Wars on the 360. Both games offer a supreme quick gaming fix on their respective platforms. Of course, Halo 3 Team Swat has seen a bit of action as well.

Given that 360 owners may be less familiar with Super Stardust HD, here's a YouTube of the game in action. While it might not invite a purchase of a PS3, it is undeniably cool.

The Club still rocks

As you can tell from my XBOX 360 play history (borocouncilman), I am a big fan of The Club. The pace of gameplay is frantic and unlike so many "modern" games, The Club actually keeps score. It's really unlike anything else out there.



For me, The Club has got that "just one more round" factor missing from so many shooters today. With a nuanced combo multiplier system and global leaderboards, The Club is a score junkie dream. While other shooters sit on the shelf after a single playthrough, I have played the single-player levels of The Club dozens of times just to get a higher score on the leaderboard.

If you've been holding off on picking up The Club, you can now find it on the shelves for $39.99. At that price point, it delivers a good deal of high-scoring fun. Enjoy!

GTA IV is now #1

Confirmed by Major Nelson, Grand Theft Auto IV is now the #1 game on XBOX Live...

Microsoft doesn't provide specific details other than the top 10 ranking. Given the 1337pwn.com trending of GTA IV popularity and quality of the multiplayer gameplay, it may hold on to that top spot for a while.
